Does anyone still ice skate? What an exhilarating and fun exercise. And a really fun way to get moving while being social. Try going for a date, or take the kids. Should be full of laughs, and that good feeling you get when everyone is rosy-cheeked and and grinning ear to ear.

It's chilly out there, and we're spending a lot more time at our desks and on the couch. We all know stretching is good for our bodies, but we don't always take the time to do it. So here is your reminder: stand up, yes, right now! And do some stretching.
